UAE POLICIES:
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for orders delivered in the UAE.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it to our Lebanon location. To be eligible, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package that you would like to return it. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a store credit worth 85% of the item’s value, which you can use on your next purchase.
LEBANON POLICIES:
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not accept any refunds, only store credit is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the hygienic seal.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and what to do.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not accept any refund. We can only give you store credit for the payments you made.

Shipping Time:
3-6 working days
We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If the wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility.
