Exchanges & Returns
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not accept any refunds, only store credit is approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the hygienic seal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

1. Order number (its 4 digits)
2. Name of the order
3. What products you want and what products you are exchanging; size and style.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We do not accept any refund. We can only give you store credit for the payments you made.

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted.
